Safety at Adventure Island

At Adventure Island it is our never ending Endeavour to ensure that each customer visiting the amusement park is safe and secure. We lay a high degree of importance to operational, technical and environmental safety.

"Safety to us does not mean prevention of accidents but eradicating accidents"

In light of these guiding principles every ride in the park undergoes a certification process by the renowned German agency TUV which certifies each ride from inception to installation on detailed safety aspects and training of the staff. Only after this certification is complete is the NOC to operate the ride applied for with the concerned Government agencies. TUV also carries out time to time inspection of each ride in order to re check the standards laid down by them. International consultants like Forrec Ltd and MR (Management Resources) were also hired for the project to design a product that meets all customer needs.

Every operator deployed on the rides is technically qualified and re - certified by Unitech Amusement Parks Limited after stringent training.

Regular training programs and ride drills are a regular feature .These sessions touch upon various safety aspects in a classroom type set up or by means of on - site training. Evacuation drills, disaster management, fire fighting, first aid etc are few of the topics that are taken up in practical training sessions regularly.

We continuously strive to encompass and improve our standards to achieve customer delight. Apart from these regular training sessions a thorough daily inspection is done by a dedicated team of professionally qualified people. Leakages electrical connections, harness and belts, emergency stops, condition of ropes, locking pins, Teflon wheels and physical and mechanical strength of structures is part of our daily inspection. We also undertake monthly, quarterly and annual checks to ensure operational excellence.

The credo of the company is to provide a safe and memorable experience in each guest interaction
